Health Professions Student Council (HPSC)
The HPSC is the official student government body which coordinates all health profession schools' governments, represents them to the University administration and trustees, and provides them their funding. It is an excellent opportunity for leadership and networking. It also provides grants to students for travel and projects. Websites:

Please use this area to contact fellow students attending the APHA Annual Conference and organize rooming situations. Many UIC SPH students are attending and rooming together could save money and provide company!

We have two comittees within PHSA: the Student Affairs Committee and the Social Committee.
The Student Affairs Committee is responsible for aiding the board in resolving student issues with various things on campus by talking to the right people and taking action in a professional manner.
The Social Committee is responsible for aiding the board in planning, coordinating, and maintaining social, academic, and networking events throughout the year.
